Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive quality leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years leading managers, engineers, and multi-level quality organizations.
• ASQ CQE or CQA certification or Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the quality strategy across sites and units.
• Lead QMS development, audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
• Manage governance for containment, traceability, and corrective actions.
• Drive supplier quality improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach and develop the quality organization and leadership capabilities.
• Partner with Operations to improve process capability and product quality.
