Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Deal Lead Director to steer the most strategic pursuits, including business or IT transformations, from strategy to close. You’ll lead pursuit design, pricing and client engagement with a bias for action, mobilizing cross‑functional teams and senior EY leadership.

You’ll mentor pursuit teams, drive value-based win themes, and ensure rigorous governance through the Gold Standard Pursuit Process (GSPP) while advancing EY’s commercial agenda.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and execution of pursuits across the Gold Standard Pursuit Process (GSPP).
• Mentor pursuit teams and coordinate with Service Lines, Delivery, and Account Teams.
