TELUS Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Strategy to own high-stakes commercial investments from pre-sales pitches to portfolio expansion. You will translate industry trends, contact center pressures, and AI opportunities into strategies for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.

You will work across Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Strategy to shape proposals, run strategic workshops, and map business needs to TELUS Digital offerings, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

7+ years in digital product strategy or related roles.
CX expertise within the contact center.
Ability to scope and pitch opportunities cross-functionally.
Executive storytelling with slides and presentations.
Digital strategy with user research, journey mapping, roadmaps.
Hands-on with enterprise AI tools.
Experience leading strategic stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

Own the commercial narrative for major client proposals and investments.
Shape the pipeline early with portfolio expansion and new logo opportunities.
Design and run strategic workshops to synthesize outputs into actionable recommendations.
