Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Pursuit Specialist reporting to the Pursuit Team Lead to drive proposals, pursuits and marketing activities for strategic opportunities across the region. You will coordinate with environmental services leadership and technical teams to develop win themes, content and schedules.

You will lead kickoff meetings, manage content development, ensure consistency and compliance, and organize interview preparation.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct all elements of complex RFP and pursuit efforts.
Preposition for must-win strategic pursuits with win themes and capture planning.
Lead proposal kickoff meetings, assign responsibilities, and manage schedules.
Manage content development to ensure consistent strategic messaging and compliance.
Conduct progress reviews and manage proposal schedules, deliverables and quality control.
Prepare final proposal review packages and incorporate feedback.
Lead and organize interview preparation to communicate our proposal story.
Develop high-impact proposals, presentations, and pursuit-related communications.
Collaborate with sector representatives and business development leadership to support goals.
Support client development and account management efforts, including opportunity tracking.
