Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Pursuit Specialist to drive complex proposal and marketing efforts across the region.

You will coordinate with Environmental Services leadership and pursuit teams to brainstorm strategy, create content, and manage campaigns for must-win pursuits. You will lead kickoff meetings, craft win themes, ensure compliant narratives, and oversee schedules while collaborating with marketing, public relations, and client development to grow top-line

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading responses to complex and detailed RFPs.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills across organizational levels.
• Exceptional business writing skills with tailored RFP responses.
• Ability to integrate AI into daily workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all elements of complex RFP and pursuit efforts.
• Lead proposal kickoff meetings, assign responsibilities, manage schedules.
• Develop and ensure consistent, compliant, compelling narratives.
• Prepare final proposal packages and incorporate leadership feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development to support growth.
• Maintain opportunity tracking and internal systems for pursuit activity.
• Organize interview prep to win presentations.
