Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create accurate purchase orders and track delivery with suppliers and internal teams.
• Draft, seek budget approval, and submit quotes.
• Initiate warranty claims with vendors for defective materials.
• Coordinate with departments to respond to internal/external customers.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure material conformities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Perform additional duties such as professional communication, rapport building, and time/project management.
