The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in purchasing, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or CRMs. The US HQ is in Blauvelt, NY, with relocation to Chestnut Ridge by 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in purchasing or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, CRMs, or SCM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery speed.
• Analyze cost proposals and bids for strategic negotiation opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Buyers to approve POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop KPIs for Purchasing and Supply Planning within the NA unit.
• Track supplier performance and ensure compliant record-keeping of contracts and purchases.
• Support strategic purchasing in vendor negotiations and supplier audits.
