Job summary

Adhesives Research, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Buyer to manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships for raw materials and services. You will use MRP/ERP data to plan orders, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time delivery while negotiating best prices and terms.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications are expected.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures to place and change purchase orders and contracts for raw materials and services.
• Conduct material planning analyses using orders, forecasts, and schedules to determine quantities.
• Negotiate pricing, quality, and cost improvements with suppliers.
• Assist R&D with supplier information and material samples for development programs.
• Maintain supplier documentation and ensure supplier compliance and scorecards.
• Enter and maintain purchasing data in the ERP system.
