Job summary

Acro Service Corp in Plano, TX is seeking a Purchasing Supplier Development Buying Associate for a 12-month contract. Pay is $28/hour on a W-2 basis. Working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

You will execute OPs, manage SAP/Ariba PR/PO data, generate weekly reports, coordinate supplier data, update business process OPs, handle document distribution, and support events like the North American Supplier Meeting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or 2+ years equivalent experience in a professional business environment
• Minimum 1 year experience in Automotive Buying/Purchasing/Procurement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including macros, pivot tables and VLOOKUP (testing at 80%+)
• Proficiency with PowerPoint (testing at 80%+)
• Working experience with Microsoft Power BI (data links, slicers, report filters)

Responsibilities

• Execute buying Operating Procedures (OPs) including supplier setup, price variance management, and payment requisitions
• Process and manage SAP/Ariba PR/PO data
• Weekly report management
• Supplier follow-up to confirm data, request information, and late requests status
• Document & update business process OPs to improve divisional efficiency
• Manage document distribution, organization, and retention
• Resolve day-to-day supplier issues related to system communication failures, payment issues, late assignments
• Support company events such as North American Supplier Meeting
• Overall administrative duties (travel, catering, expense reports, meeting scheduling)
