Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of procurement experience in the doors/frames/hardware sector, with strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing in doors, frames, hardware industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production for material availability.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and procurement documents.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
