Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Purchasing and Receiving Manager to lead the end-to-end procurement and receiving operations for our hotel portfolio. You will drive sourcing strategies, negotiate favorable contracts, and ensure timely availability of supplies to support memorable guest experiences.

With strong leadership and analytical skills, you will optimize inventory levels, monitor supplier performance, and implement cost-saving measures across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in purchasing and receiving, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier negotiation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using procurement software and inventory control systems
