Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, comprehension).
• Strong understanding of MRP principles and ERP data management.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process purchase orders to support manufacturing and inventory requirements.
• Maintain accurate MRP and ERP data, including pricing and supplier information.
• Analyze forecasts and safety stock to maintain optimal inventory availability.
• Plan material purchases based on lead times and production needs.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Production, and Logistics for timely delivery.
• Monitor on-time delivery performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Identify alternative suppliers for continuity and cost efficiency.
