Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of purchasing and estimating experience.
• OSHA 10/30 construction qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of trade goods and services for residential projects.
• Provide feasibility costs, bids, and contract new projects with annual re-bidding.
• Perform material take-offs and value engineering for plans.
• Bid, negotiate, and award contracts; maintain vendor database.
• Drive cost reductions while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Coordinate plan changes with architecture for new and active communities.
• Prepare reports by analyzing information and trends.
• Manage and mentor direct reports.
