Qualifications

• 6+ years in supply chain and operations, with at least 3 years in procurement.
• Leadership experience managing teams with coaching and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in purchasing and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adopt and implement new technologies and methods to improve processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop procurement teams; design and execute strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple sites to resolve operational challenges.
• Oversee PFEP initialization and ongoing management within the enterprise system.
• Coordinate supply base resources with strategic purchasing, supplier quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Design and manage complex multi-tier supply chain processes and raw material strategies.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, set KPIs, and drive actionable improvements.
