Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator in Branchburg, NJ, to manage day-to-day procurement, maintain SAP PO data, and negotiate contracts within budget. The role supports MRO and raw materials sourcing and cross-functional problem solving in a hybrid environment.

The position requires 3+ years in Purchasing or Supply Chain, a team mindset, and strong attention to detail. SAP experience is preferred; Google Suite proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions and place purchase orders for MRO and raw materials.
• Maintain up-to-date PO data within ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Negotiate contracts within budget, drive cost-reduction ideas, and resolve invoice/discrepancy issues with AP.
