Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, English, international affairs, cybersecurity policy, or related field.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills for audience-appropriate materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical content into accessible external communications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for presentations and documents.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat to generate 508-compliant PDFs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate editing, formatting, and release of publications for projects within the National Cybersecurity FFRDC and other projects.
• Perform technical editing and formatting for publications per agency requirements, including 508 compliance.
• Manage the publications pipeline and coordinate reviews and approvals with MITRE and sponsor agencies.
• Provide status updates and briefings on publications to internal staff and leadership.
• Manage publication tracking tools and supervise contractors for editing/formatting.
• Develop and deliver communications and training on publication processes and templates.
• Assist with external communications materials such as briefs, blogs, emails, and web content.
• Maintain calendars, distribution lists, and engagement trackers.
• Support metrics/KPIs measurement related to publications.
