Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Public Affairs Specialist to support the C3BM division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes strategic communications, outreach, and event planning to strengthen stakeholder engagement across government, industry, academia, and international partners.

You will manage communications content, plan high-visibility events, and contribute to division initiatives, including press materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• US citizenship required.
• 3+ years of experience in DoD public affairs, protocol, and event management.
• Experience coordinating with government, industry, academia, and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Produce press releases, news articles, and speeches for multiple media.
• Plan and manage high-visibility events, ceremonies, and outreach programs.
• Coordinate message content and ensure consistency across the division.
• Support division campaigns and strategic communications initiatives.
• Assist with planning for conferences, exhibitions, and major events.
• Liaise with stakeholders including government, industry, and international partners.
