Job summary

Black Bear Technology Solutions, LLC (B2TS) is seeking a Strategy, Plans, and Policy Planner to serve as the primary integrator between CCPA Public Affairs execution and USCENTCOM’s planning, policy development, and senior-leader decision cycles. Embedded within OPTs and JPTs, the role translates command intent and evolving mission priorities into Public Affairs guidance and messaging frameworks.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

Leads and participates in OPTs and JPTs to integrate Public Affairs into campaign design, contingency planning, exercises, and execution.
Develops and coordinates Public Affairs Guidance, talking points, messaging themes, and supporting products aligned with commander’s intent and policy direction.
Maintains situational awareness of USCENTCOM priorities, operations, and events to inform proactive communication planning.
Coordinates across CCPA, CENTCOM directorates, component commands, interagency partners, and external stakeholders to synchronize messaging.
Collaborates with Assessment Analysts to evaluate effectiveness of Public Affairs strategies and adjust guidance based on data and trends.
Supports crisis response and surge operations by rapidly developing decision-quality communication options.
