Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience creating strategic communication plans or products for social media campaigns.
• Experience supporting outreach events.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment, and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail to ensure that products are clear, concise, accurate, and free from grammatical errors.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with communications, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience with communications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, produce, and advise on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media.
• Author news articles, talking points, newsletters, website content, and workforce messages.
• Collaborate on all aspects of oral and written communications to inform key audiences through words, images, and sound.
• Lead engagements with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to ensure messaging consistency.
