Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Communications Specialist in Chantilly, VA to design, develop, and advise on a range of internal and external communication materials. You will inform and engage key audiences to promote the organization’s mission and values, using tools like PowerPoint and Outlook.

You will author news articles, talking points, newsletters, and workforce messages, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity and impact across communications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience creating strategic communication plans or products for the workforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to ensure that products are clear, concise, accurate, and free from grammatical errors.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with communications, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience with communications.
