You will drive collaboration, monitor performance metrics, and advance payment model initiatives while building cross-functional partnerships across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare provider relations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of provider coding, reimbursement, and APMs.
• Ability to travel extensively within North Dakota.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops collaborative partnerships with providers and internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Documents provider relationships and tracks performance metrics.
• Maintains knowledge of programs and educates stakeholders.
• Facilitates Joint Operating Committees and work groups to improve outcomes.
• Drives provider engagement in strategic programs including Medicare Advantage activities.
• Identifies initiatives to help providers transition to new payment models.
• Manages cross-functional strategy implementation to improve provider and member experience.
• Develops education programs and serves as subject matter expert on provider landscape.
• Represent the health plan at external meetings and resolve escalated issues.
