In this role, you will be responsible for the performance and profitability of physician practices and will develop relationships with stakeholders to implement business solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a medical field, solid knowledge of Medicare operations, and excellent analytical and communication skills. This role involves educating providers to meet quality and cost goals, with a salary range of $58,800 to $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related medical field or health plan setting.
• Solid working knowledge of Medicare healthcare operations including HEDIS, CMS reimbursement models.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

• Educate providers to meet quality, coding, and documentation goals.
