Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking an experienced Provider Contract Analyst to serve as the primary executive liaison with major health systems and provider organizations. You will lead complex contract negotiations, drive value-based arrangements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to advance strategic initiatives.

In this hybrid role, you will shape network strategy, manage reimbursement innovations, and ensure performance, affordability, and quality outcomes while maintaining strong provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in related field
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
• Experience in healthcare provider contracting and network management is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level relationships with health systems and provider organizations
• Lead development, negotiation, and management of complex provider contracts and reimbursement arrangements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address provider issues and initiatives
• Develop business cases and forecasting models to evaluate contract opportunities
• Monitor provider performance and support quality and affordability initiatives
