HDR is looking for a motivated individual for a proposal management role in Atlanta, supporting the Transportation Business Group. You will manage the proposal lifecycle and produce professional proposals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign. A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to final production.
• Develop and manage pursuit organization tools, including schedules and compliance matrices.
• Write, edit, and format non-technical proposal content.
• Monitor progress of the proposal process and conduct reviews of content.
