Business Consultant & Financial Strategist

Job Description:

We are looking for a high-level consultant to lead and structure proposal responses for international creative RFPs and tenders. This role is focused on strategy, storytelling, and cross-disciplinary coordination, not sales.

You will support an elite consulting firm by shaping proposals for live entertainment, cultural ceremonies, and international sports events. Think: World Cup, Olympic-style ceremonies, creative city showcases, large-format immersive productions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate incoming RFPs and build strategic response frameworks
• Draft compelling proposal narratives aligned with artistic and operational goals
• Collaborate with creative leads (render artists, sound designers, lighting & choreography) to build proposal content
• Structure pricing logic, production timelines, and deliverable matrices
• Guide the integration of visuals and storytelling into executive-facing decks
• Recommend strategic partnerships or collaborators for key bids

You MUST Have:

• Proven experience responding to high-stakes RFPs in live events, ceremonies, cultural activations, or creative agency environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional proposal teams (creative + technical)
• Familiarity with European-style creative bidding and/or public tenders
• Exceptional written communication and presentation-building skills
• Comfort working with timelines, budgets, and production logic

This Role Is For You If:

• You’ve helped win major event contracts or creative tenders before
• You can show real proposal samples or references who can vouch for your work
• You thrive in complex, high-visibility environments (Expo, FIFA, Olympics, high-level ceremonies)
• You think in narratives and visuals, not just bullet points and compliance
• You’re available to coordinate across Europe/US time zones
• You speak fluent English (French, Spanish, or Italian a plus)

• This position may evolve into a long-term strategic lead on international bids
