Insignia Event Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic projects and optimize business systems across Sales, Events, Operations, and Finance in Glendale, AZ. The role centers on ensuring projects deliver on time, within scope, and with accurate billing and reporting.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, coordinate with executives, and manage a detailed inventory and project management ecosystem to support exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience leading and delivering projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Partner with Executive Leadership to research, develop, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Serve as primary administrator for the project management platform (Asana) with best practices and reporting.
• Oversee the inventory management system with training across departments.
• Review event estimates and proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Conduct post-event audits to verify billing accuracy and client invoicing.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among internal teams and vendors.
