Morpheus Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing AI startup to recruit a high-ownership operator for SF Bay Area. The role is based in San Francisco/San Mateo, onsite or hybrid, with relocation considered and a base salary of $150k-$220k plus bonus.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with strong quantitative exposure
• Proven track record of high performance in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong analytical and structuring skills; able to build models, decks and frameworks from scratch
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with senior stakeholders
• High energy, ownership, and comfort operating with ambiguity
• Genuine interest in AI and proximity to technology shaping the industry
• Based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area

Aufgaben

• Lead high-priority strategic projects end to end, from problem framing to execution to results
• Partner directly with founders and leadership to identify and prioritise the initiatives that matter most
• Build the analysis, frameworks and business cases behind key strategic and operational decisions
• Work cross-functionally with research, delivery and operations teams to turn plans into shipped outcomes
• Stand up new processes, systems or teams as the business scales into new areas
• Build and maintain data-driven views of project performance and business health for leadership
