Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple corporate projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Establish consistent project management processes to ensure effective execution and accountability.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Coordinate project activities across Corporate departments and operating divisions.
• Evaluate project outcomes to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
• Develop business cases to evaluate proposed initiatives, including financial considerations and benefits.
• Conduct financial, operational, and comparative analyses to support recommendations.
• Track project performance against plans and milestones.
• Partner with leadership and departments to identify requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project status, risks, and actions.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
