Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an early-stage, client‑facing specialist to own expert delivery projects for AI research clients in San Francisco.

You'll manage multiple projects, recruit experts, supervise end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to drive growth and account expansion.

The role welcomes zero to two years of experience, requires a US bachelor’s degree, and offers visa sponsorship with a base salary of $120k–$160k per year.

Qualifications

• Zero to two years of experience in consulting, project delivery, delivery operations, or an operationally intensive startup environment.
• Experience owning projects end to end, including expert recruitment, client communication, and fulfillment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to hold your ground with enterprise stakeholders.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and improving products or processes in fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree from a strong U.S. university or one to two years of experience at a high-growth startup.
• Experience with AI, expert marketplaces, or staffing platforms is relevant.

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI marketplace team and own expert delivery projects for AI research clients. This client-facing role combines project operations, expert recruitment, and problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered successfully and accounts grow over time.

What You’ll Do

• Manage several expert delivery projects at once across human data and market research.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $120,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week, with flexibility to work a sixth day. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
