Overview

In this role as a Strategic Project Consultant, you’ll take ownership of complex, high-value projects from start to finish, ensuring top-tier delivery, building lasting client relationships, and directly influencing multi-million-dollar revenue outcomes. This position reports directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large-scale, revenue-generating projects worth millions for top AI research labs and technology leaders.
• Identify, onboard, and oversee the performance of a wide network of subject-matter experts across areas like engineering, healthcare, and law.
• Develop deep partnerships with AI researchers and technical teams, anticipating needs and uncovering opportunities to broaden project impact.
• Work alongside the Operations team to align project execution with client goals while continuously improving processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to refine internal tools and infrastructure.
