a highly effective Principal Consultant who combines wisdom, technical acumen, and
deep client-facing skills. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can act
as a trusted advisor to clients while leading delivery team transformations.

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, strongly builds trust and leads senior-level client conversations, upskilling, brainstorming, planning, and change management.
• Strong Domain Expertise and Industry Experience, ideally at VP level or above in
  domains such as marketing/sales, finance, or talent/culture and data-intensive
  industries like financial services, healthcare, engineering, or analytics.
• Effectively understands strategyand translates business needs into technology solutions. Prefer strong technical knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging tools.
• Rapidly learns, quickly consumes information and converts it into applied impact.
• Energy, drive, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
• Client-first orientation with focus on long-term partnership and impact.
