MORRISETTE PACKAGING INC is seeking a Project & Purchasing Manager in Charlotte, NC. This full-time professional will coordinate customer and internal projects from inception to completion while overseeing purchasing and supplier activities to ensure materials, pricing, and timelines meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or related experience.
• Experience in distribution, packaging, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and supplies based on cost, quality, availability, and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, terms, lead times, and other purchasing conditions.
• Support Sales with sourcing needs; obtain supplier quotes and volume pricing.
• Create, track, and expedite purchase orders; address backorders and delays.
• Manage assigned projects from request to completion and maintain timelines.
