Corient Private Wealth LLC. in Seattle seeks a Project Manager in Strategy & Operations to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects within Institutional Relationships.

You will develop plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications to keep initiatives on track. You will partner with leadership to support business planning, prepare executive materials, track KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights that improve client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, consulting, or a similar strategy and operations environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort working with data in a wealth-management context.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, structure, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects for the Institutional Relationships team.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to keep projects on track and achieve objectives.
• Translate leadership priorities into structured workstreams, actionable tasks, and measurable outcomes.
