Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience.

• Experience with BRDs, requirements review, and process gap identification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional broadband programs from initiation through implementation.
• Manage outage management initiatives to improve customer communications during service interruptions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Build end-to-end business workflows and operational processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate collaboration with business analysts and other stakeholders.
