JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City is seeking a Project Manager, Operations Transformation to drive strategic initiatives across business, operations, product, and technology teams. You will translate complex needs into clear plans, align stakeholders, and guide delivery from concept through adoption.

You will lead governance, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and improve client and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, operations, technology, or related field.
• 3 years of project management experience delivering transformation, operations, technology, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing project plans and managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, product, and control functions.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with multiple initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones and risks.
• Lead delivery through full lifecycle from planning to adoption and closure.
• Assess current-state processes with SMEs and support future-state models.
• Coordinate delivery across operations, technology, product, and partner teams.
• Establish governance routines, including working groups and status forums.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Produce executive-ready updates and decision documents.
• Track execution in PM tools to keep milestones and commitments current.
• Support change management, adoption, and transition to BAU.
• Deliver AI-enabled use cases end-to-end with clear business outcomes.
