Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Project Manager OE to lead the execution of medium to large projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while de-risking opportunities across North America. You will coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to maintain schedules, costs, and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 7+ years PM/ops experience) and a PMP certification is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong career path in a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of project management/operations experience.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain preferred.
• 5+ years of production/operations management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects with significant risk and complexity.
• De-risk new business opportunities through to execution.
• Ensure delivery to customers and shareholders on time and on budget.
• Lead planning, status reporting, and governance across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute Cutover Plans and lessons learned for projects.
