Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Department of Health Care Services’ MC4 project in Sacramento, CA.

The role coordinates business, policy, compliance, and technology teams across multiple workstreams including health plan quality ratings and public website transparency. You will develop and maintain plans, track risks, run governance meetings, and prepare executive updates for timely delivery across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Management of complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Healthcare experience in Medicaid/Medi-Cal/Medicare
• Strong planning and risk management

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and workstream dependencies.
• Coordinate program teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and actions; provide recommendations.
• Lead meetings, document outcomes, and assign follow-ups.
• Prepare executive presentations, steering committee materials, and status reports.
• Validate information with workstream leads and distribute materials before leadership meetings.
• Communicate leadership decisions and impacts to affected teams.
• Support process mapping and requirements coordination with Enterprise Technology Services.
• Track deliverables through review, approval, and completion.
