Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in marketing or fashion/beauty environments.
• Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables concurrently.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced settings with evolving priorities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional creative partners.
• Familiar with Asana, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, status trackers, and key milestones from project initiation through completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and communicate issues and recommended solutions to stakeholders.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for project-related communication across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Omni-Channel, PR, and business partners.
• Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas and follow-ups, document action items, and ensure accountability for next steps.
• Support intake and organization of creative and marketing briefs, ensuring projects are documented and aligned before execution.
• Track creative assets and campaign deliverables across email, web, digital, marketing, and PR initiatives.
• Coordinate the review and approval process for assets, layouts, copy, and materials with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project folders, working files, trackers, and shared resources for visibility of status/deliverables.
• Assist coordinating multiple projects while adapting to changing business needs and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and project organization.
• Partner with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other creatives to support execution.
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and per requirements.
