Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Project Manager II based in Columbus to oversee multiple projects for the Columbus and Memphis markets. The role requires coordinating scope, budget, and timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and documenting outcomes.

You will ensure projects deliver the anticipated results with minimal supervision and actively improve PM processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of PM experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a proven ability to manage various projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects.
• Deliver projects on-budget, in-scope and on time.
• Organize teams to lead the project and report results.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Create PM templates and guidance for future projects.
• Support implementations through understanding of operational requirements.
• Contribute to change initiatives within defined project scope.
