Job summary

Dechra is seeking a Project Manager to plan and deliver projects that support business growth, transformation and continuous improvement. You will work with sponsors, senior stakeholders and delivery teams to define objectives, establish plans and ensure outcomes meet business needs.

You will coordinate activities, manage timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues, and provide clear progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive experience in project management, programme delivery or related roles.
• Experience delivering projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience developing plans, budgets, RAID logs, status reports and governance.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and priorities.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Organised and pragmatic with decision-making in changing environments.
• Proficient with project management tools and English language.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion with sponsors and delivery teams.
• Define objectives, plans, and success measures.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Provide regular progress updates and governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Support change management and adoption of project outcomes.
