Job summary

DXC Technology Company seeks a senior project manager to lead a portfolio of initiatives in a dynamic, business-focused environment. You will ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive program management experience; PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus, with strong emphasis on risk management and best practices. This is a hybrid, in-person-oriented role with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in project and program management.
• Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus; PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a portfolio of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with project teams to define clear objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify and manage issues and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and application of project management best practices.
• Drive teamwork and collaboration among project team members.
• Ensure that projects align with department and company strategies.
