Job summary

Campos EPC is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead medium-scale, medium-complexity projects from planning through implementation in a fast-paced environment in San Diego. You will coordinate across departments, vendors, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess options, and drive successful delivery on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of project management experience in construction-related projects (Electrical/Gas Substation, Compressor, Transmission, Distribution, or Civil).
• Ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of medium-scale, medium-complexity strategic business and technology projects.
• Effectively collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives and present solutions to business challenges.
• Responsible for budget and resource planning. Single point of contact for all economic and regulatory issues for the assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements. Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of projects including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design.
