Job summary

Campos EPC, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, development, and implementation of medium-scale, medium-complexity projects in California. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to define requirements, assess options, and present effective solutions to business challenges.

The role requires 3–6 years of PM experience in construction projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with SAP, Excel, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3–6 years of project management experience, providing direct PM pertaining to construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project-related tools, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

SALARY: 105K-130K YEARLY, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
