Job summary

Demant in the United States seeks a Project Manager to coordinate execution and accountability across strategic initiatives within the North America Hearing Aids commercial organization. Translate priorities into structured project plans and ensure milestones are met with clear ownership.

You will partner with commercial and functional leaders to move initiatives from concept to completion, maintain a portfolio of projects, and provide leadership with visibility on progress and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar execution-focused role.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills with comfort engaging senior stakeholders in a sales/commercial context.
• Excellent follow-through and organizational habits; able to hold others accountable to deadlines.
• Proficiency with standard project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel; CRM familiarity like Salesforce).
• PMP/CAPM or similar certification is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel periodically as initiatives require.

Responsibilities

• Project execution and follow-up: maintain a working portfolio of projects and track status.
• Stakeholder engagement: connect NA Strategy & PMO with senior leaders and adjust communication for executives.
• Governance and reporting: prepare status updates and escalate risks with recommended paths forward.
• Process discipline: apply lightweight project management structures appropriate to each initiative.
• Continuous improvement: capture lessons learned and apply them to future planning.
