Job summary

FINN Partners is seeking a Project Manager to steer client projects from brief to delivery, translating needs into actionable plans and guarding budgets and schedules to keep programs on course.

You’ll act as the communication hub for clients, vendors and teams, solicit feedback, and adjust plans as needed to ensure every project reaches its destination with quality. The role favors reliability and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management.
• Prior experience in an agency setting or comparable is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of projects and communication.
• Delivers professional & friendly interactions with client & team.
• Act as a communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients.
• Produces clear, concise, organized and actionable written documents and correspondence, both internal and external. Including but not limited to QA, updating status documentation and time reports.
• Adept at problem solving and/or knowing who to go to for help.
• Understand the client’s business and project management systems
• Ability to use agency systems and follow established processes and workflow.
• Schedule and attend key touch-point meetings, both internal and external. Ensuring the team is prepared with a call agenda and additional required information.
