Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 Years of Project or Process Management experience.
• Masters Degree (preferred).
• At least 7 years of Project or Process Management experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of People Management experience (preferred).
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs with strategic direction.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure proper documentation to mitigate risk and meet deadlines.
• Influence stakeholders and drive delivery across functions.
• Partner with project customers for strategic and tactical delivery.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure commitments.
