Job summary

Topographic OM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to plan, direct, and oversee design and survey projects ensuring they meet schedule and budget goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams across business units, manage resources and financials, and drive quality and risk management throughout the life cycle. You will contribute to process improvements, manage issues and change requests, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of program

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement including planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, changes, risks and issues.
• Provide on-site leadership for project teams to meet milestones and responsibilities.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
