Job summary

You will lead multi-unit teams, manage resources, schedules and financials, and drive process improvements across the full development life cycle. • Able to lead projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule delivery within budget
• Proven ability to manage budgets and propose changes
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Experience coordinating internal and external project teams
• Comfort with on-site leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and timelines

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement including planning, vendor relationships, resources, budget, and risks
• Help establish practices, templates, and tools to mature project capabilities
• Provide on-site leadership for project teams to meet milestones
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases
• Manage multiple related projects to align with strategic objectives
• Deliver status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
• Monitor outcomes and resolve conflicts, dependencies and quality issues
• Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
• Provide ongoing staff development and performance reviews
• Coach and supervise project teams and stakeholders
• Maintain customer relationships and manage workflows
