Job summary

Erland Construction seeks a highly experienced Project Executive in Burlington, MA to provide executive oversight across multiple projects from preconstruction through completion. This role oversees project teams, drives business development, and manages client relationships to deliver on schedule and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction and related fields, strong leadership, and proficiency with project management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or equivalent experience.
Minimum fifteen years of increasing responsibility in construction, design, finance, and management.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with in-house software (Prolog Manager, MS Project, Excel).

Responsibilities

Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Supervises Project Managers and trains subordinates.
Develops proposals and estimates with Group Manager.
Prepares project presentations with Group Manager.
Obtains required Project Status Reports monthly from Project Managers.
Oversees project budgets and schedule to meet baselines.
Manages owner contracts and client relationships.
Leads business development and client engagement efforts.
Directs pre-construction activities and strategic initiatives.
