Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/ENV eng required.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Design-Build.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relations with municipal, k-12, and public safety clients.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple project teams on commercial construction projects.
• Mentor and coach team members to drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to identify and secure new commercial opportunities.
• Advise senior leadership on pursuits, client development, and bid strategies in the commercial sector.
• Review and negotiate contracts to ensure scope, specs, regulatory requirements, and deliverables are clear.
• Coordinate stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and client satisfaction.
• Promote collaboration and accountability across project teams.
• Supervise and review project personnel to ensure compliance, quality, and accuracy.
• Provide oversight of project financial performance including cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
